Key Responsibilities
As the Customer Experience Manager, your primary goal is to enhance the consumer experience across all digital touchpoints and build loyalty-driven engagement programs. Key accountabilities include:

Skills & Expertise
- Technical: Expertise in using CRM platforms and applying customer journey mapping techniques. Proficiency in CX measurement tools (NPS, CES, CSAT).
- Conceptual: Strong understanding of consumer behavior principles and effective service recovery strategies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (both written and verbal), problem-solving, and collaboration abilities. Ability to lead with empathy and influence cross-functional teams. Data-driven decision-making capability.
