Key Responsibilities

As the Center Manager for Premium Banking, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and service quality of your assigned center. Your key responsibilities include:

Business Growth & Strategy: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies for all deposit and asset-based products targeting high-net-worth individuals. Plan, organize, and rigorously monitor business development activities to meet budget targets and maximize the Bank’s earning potential. Drive the growth of a high-quality depository client base.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the Premium Banking frontline team, ensuring full accountability for achieving overall team results. Monitor individual and team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. Ensure the team actively participates in the digital activation (e.g., app usage, online services) of their assigned customers.
Customer Experience Excellence: Closely monitor the quality of services delivered to valued Premium Banking customers, aiming to build sustainable customer delight and long-term loyalty. Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Operations & Compliance: Enhance and maintain operational integrity across the full suite of Premium Banking products and processes within the center. Maintain strong working relationships with your own team and cross-functional departments for seamless operations. Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., Bangladesh Bank guidelines). Assist in audits and ensure center records are well-maintained and auditable. Provide regular market information updates and trend analysis to clients and the team. Actively upsell and cross-sell relevant products.

Required Qualifications

Education: Masters/Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record (no third division/class equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 6 years of working experience in the relevant field (e.g., banking, relationship management, wealth management, branch management). Incumbents currently working in a supervisory role will get preference.
