Key Responsibilities

Undergo a 1-year intensive, structured training program covering all core aspects of banking (General Banking, Credit, Foreign Exchange, etc.).
Learn and operate in various departments and branches to gain hands-on experience.
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations as part of the training curriculum.
Develop leadership, problem-solving, and managerial skills to prepare for a future leadership position.
Adhere to all bank policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Post-graduation or 4-year graduation in any discipline from a reputed UGC-approved University.
Minimum CGPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) or 1st Class.
Minimum GPA 4.00 (on a 5.00 scale) in both SSC and HSC.
For O/A Levels: Minimum “5 B” in O-Level and “2 B” in A-Level.

Preference:

Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in MBA, MBM, Economics, Banking & Insurance, Finance, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Statistics, and Mathematics.

Foreign University:

Candidates from foreign universities must provide an equivalent certificate from the UGC, Bangladesh.

Skills & Expertise

Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be fluent in English and well-conversant.
Strong computer literacy in MS-Office.
