Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, you will play a strategic role in the group’s financial governance. Your primary duties will include:
- Strategic Planning: Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial analysis to support group-wide decision-making.
- Fund Management: Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and investment analysis to ensure optimal liquidity for diversified business operations.
- Banking Relations: Maintain strong liaison with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate and manage credit facilities, including loan renewals, enhancements, LC (Letter of Credit), LTR, and term loans.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, tax laws, and internal controls. Prepare financial reports, feasibility studies, and business cases.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor fund utilization, financing costs, and ensure timely settlement of liabilities. Oversee securities documentation and compliance with bank covenants.
- Policy Development: Support the development of financial policies, SOPs, and internal control systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional Certification: Candidates with CFA, CIMA, ACCA, or relevant financial certifications will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience. Applicants must have experience in Banks or Large Group of Companies.
- Specific Expertise: Experience in banking or working closely with financial institutions for fund arrangement is highly preferred.
